Age relaxation limit is  15 years for Retired Officers/Personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

• Individuals who are widows, widowers, or sons and daughters of civil servants who passed away during service on or after July 1, 2005, are eligible for a five-year relaxation. This is subject to the submission of relevant departmental office orders or notifications.
• Candidates must possess educational qualifications and meet age limits mentioned in the advertisement effective from the closing date of receipt of applications, i.e., April 3, 2024.
• Contract appointments will cease after two years or upon the arrival of a permanent incumbent recommended by FPSC, whichever is earlier.
  Selected candidates are required to submit an affidavit on stamp paper, declaring they will not file any appeal for regularization in any court of law.
  According to Government policy, shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview based on written test or grading, as deemed appropriate by FGEI (C/G) Dte.
  Written tests will be held at Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta Cantts.
• Shortlisted candidates must present original documents, with the date of result declaration clearly indicated on their mark sheet/transcript, during the interview. If any document is found to be fake or bogus at any stage, the candidate’s candidacy will be revoked. Even if selected, any discovery of fraudulent documents will result in appropriate disciplinary action or criminal proceedings. Government servants must provide a fresh No Objection Certificate/Departmental Permission Certificate from their respective departments at the time of the interview.
• Dismissed or removed employees of any organization, or those with a criminal record, are ineligible for employment in FGEI.
  Candidates whose final results are announced after the advertisement’s closing date are not eligible to apply. FGEI (C/G) reserves the right to adjust the number of vacancies based on need.
• Incomplete application forms or those received after the closing date, including courier submissions, will not be considered.
